1 /5 Michelle Manning: Absolutely the worst customer service ever. There was a pair of earrings that was missing the silver backings and were only held onto the cardboard by a throw out rubber backing. I asked the cashier if they could just swap some backings from another pair of earrings, and instead of kindly saying, "no I am sorry we cant do that, did you still want to purchase them?", she was rude and passive aggressive with a condescending tone multiple times. She also was very annoyed with customers who kept setting off the alarm by accidentally walking too close with merchandise, and kept shouting at them across the store. She should find another job if she does not like working directly with people. I made 3 other store purchases at the mall after Windsor and the customer service was amazing.
