1 /5 Emma Jones: if i could rate this negative stars I would!!! I stopped into the store and they were around an hour from close. I spent a few hundred there, like i normally do. By the time i was done checking out it was about 30 minutes from close and I had seen some more stuff that I liked. The manager Kerri decided to chase me out of the store! Then told me to NEVER come back. I shop with torrid quite often and never had such a bad experience. As Keri was chasing me out of the store the other employee was in the process of checking herself out with loads of stuff that she had on hold. Now, I had worked retail and at no establishment were you allowed to check yourself out, another employee always had to do it. I can tell you that it was very sketchy on what these two were doing and made me very uncomfortable and unwelcome at the store. If your thinking about going here your better to find a different store!
