1 /5 Big C: Had a zipper replaced in a jacket... They put a gaudy gold zipper in a black jacket with silver fleece.. the original zipper was silver... I asked her to please change it... She told me no and that I had chose the gold zipper.... I did not choose the gold zipper... So now Im stuck with a giant gold zipper on my jacket for 60$.... Not professional... She also told me she never had complaints in 20years. .. so I should just accept it

1 /5 GS: I know cleaner’s are scarce, but find another. I’ve given them a shot three times now. Picked up items to be steamed- hung poorly and wrinkled. Alterations are done poorly.
