5 /5 Chrissy Mitchell: My experience at route 21 has been the best the people there are very helpful and they play good music. They helped me find an outfit for my birthday coming up and it was super cute. My favorite person that helped me was Aaliyah . She was wonderful and then the other girl there. Sydney was helpful too with the outfit. and they were both black, and as a black woman I think that that’s wonderful that they have people of the minority in there.

3 /5 Lilly Shade: Id give this store five stores if I could but a single associate ruined my entire experience. This girl named Aaliyah, she was on her phone and when I went to ask her for a fitting room she gave me a dirty look. Fortunately the assistant manager angel was very helpful and able to get me a fitting room and turn my experience around. I would recommend the store because of the management. The associates, Aaliyah in particular was very rude. Thank you Angel for your kindness.

4 /5 Amy Stimeling: I really liked it..kudos to young girl who helped us. She sold us 1 cologne and 1 perfume plus she was super nice!! Didnt catch her name but was 9/21 around 540pm in case her management sees this!! I will go back! Great designs!
