1 /5 Taylor ODonnell: I bought a rug about 1.5 hours ago. I open the rug and there is literal poop on the rug. Dried up disgusting poop. Looks like bird poop or something but a lot of it. That is seriously disgusting and why would you sell that in your store. It was in INSIDE the rolled up rug. I couldn’t see it until it was unrolled so someone rolled it up like that and sold it. That is foul. I have pictures of my receipt and I have pictures of the LITERAL POOP RUG!! Ugh I am sooo disappointed. Obviously not the fault of the workers in store but where did this poop rug come from? Was it the truck? Is it used?

3 /5 Carolyn T: Love this place but... I am tired of the thieves stealing and running out the door. The security guard looks at them as they run out. ROSS RAISES OUR PRICES to cover their loss. Hey Ross, For all your losses you could hire a real off duty cop and keep our prices low. This would avoid the honest consumers from paying more and making up for your profit loss.

2 /5 Suad Suliman: Workers are useless and some of the cashiers were unfriendly. I came to Pittsburgh as a visitor and this branch was the closest to my hotel , when I was about to leave the store with cart forgetfully one of the cashiers screamed with a loud voice not to take it out, I apologized but she looked at me as if I committed a shameful thing! I was embarrassed in-front of other customers.

4 /5 Donna Mazza: Ross has some items all the time but most things are always changing. I always buy dog waste bags there, they cost less than pet stores and are perfect for my small dog. I found a super cute wall picture it was the only one and it looks like my dog.
