Theyve been there a long time and I imagine they have a lot of old return business for their various services.
They have suit/tux rental, some communion dresses, miscellaneous local school branded clothing, they offer dry cleaning services and I think they offer alterations.
In the case you reserve a tux or suit and dont need it, you still pay for it. Full rental cost, not just a deposit.
