1 /5 Sara Andis: I ordered a size small shirt. I received an email stating sorry we sold the small, but had a medium. Went on to say if I tried the medium and if it did not fit I could return, and they would take care of the shipping cost. I said that would be fine. I received the shirt and it just doesn’t fit me correct. I’m a very petite woman so a men’s medium is pretty baggy on me. I reached out and was told sure on Monday they would send me a shipping label. That was on 3/21/25. I now can’t get ahold of anyone. I feel lied to. I really liked many of the things the store carried but kind of bummed they didn’t follow through.

5 /5 A. “BackSeatRider” W.: My husband ordered a Beautiful Disaster hoodie for Christmas for me through their online store. After receiving it for Christmas and wearing it a couple of times, the poor quality of the shirt really showed. Within two washings, the seam were coming loose and small holes started forming. I was worried that since it was now outside of the 30 day return period, there was nothing I could do about it even though, I technically only had it for a few weeks. I decided to call the store anyway and was told the owner would call me back. And she did! The next day I received a phone call and she was happy to make things right for me. I told her I was hesitant to receive another of the same hoodie because I didnt trust the quality. She later sent me photos of hoodies she had in stock, in my size and allowed me to pick one I liked. I chose one and received within a few days! This one is from beautiful disaster as well, but it is much better. 5 stars for excellent customer service!

5 /5 Nicklaus Kindelberger: Amazing, the staff were very attentive and supremely competent when it came to store management. They were also superb conversationalists with valuable insight toward the various products on display. Were I not a lowly peasant, Im certain I wouldve bought half of the stores stock, based purely on the awe inspiring mercantile sense of the workers alone. Id say give em all raises.

5 /5 Karlee: This store is amazing! My boyfriend loves this place and used to regularly shop here for practically all of his clothes. After we moved across the country, we could not find his favorite pair of pants he had purchased here, after he had ruined his pair, anywhere online or on the west coast. The owner went out of his way to find the pants and personally mail them to us! Amazing customer service and I am so thankful for his help!
