Prom Excitement! - Wilkes-Barre (PA)

1 /5 Abby: I was a bit skeptical at first when looking at their website because there was lots of information for homecoming 2025 on there, when prom 2026 is coming up for schools in the area, but I still went in because it was closer to me & I was looking for Sherri Hill. I came in the store and couldn’t find anyone at first, so I went around looking at dresses. Couldn’t find much Sherri Hill and mostly just unknown designers. I am a bigger size so finding things in my size can be difficult. Most larger sizes were older from previous years. I tried on a few dresses but most of them were just out of style that they weren’t really worth the money. I was planning on buying one but I was kind of just ignored which was upsetting so I just put everything back and decided to leave. I wasn’t upset that I couldn’t find things in my size, but the lack of service I was receiving from the workers. I am planning to go to Scranton or possibly out of the area to find a dress, hopefully in time for prom!

The sales woman that was working was the only one there, however despite being very busy she still took the time to make sure we found the perfect dress! Wish I would have gotten her name to give her proper recognition.

The second I walked through that door I was greeted by a very kind lady that helped me put away my prom dresses and gave me the best customer service I have ever received. The store along with its numerous options and its amazing staff are all a 10/10.

2 /5 Ally Shimshack: i walked in afew days ago with my mom hoping to find a cute dress for prom. We pull in and go in. ill admit the 2 stars are for the start when she was trying to help me as she came in from her smoke break. but just everything leading up is what upset me. i know being a bigger girl its hard finding my size so i wasnt going to sit there and be mad things didnt fit me. I tried on 5 dresses. i was stuck between 2 at the end. i changed back into my original clothes and left the fitting room to find this lady to then not find her....... Like at all waited around for 10 minutes walked around the store just gone. i wanted to buy one of those dresses but nobody was there to help. I felt like the service at the end was unacceptable.
