5 /5 J Russell: Stopping in to Phase Two was a great decision the last time I was in Warren. Upon entering, I immediately saw racks full of clothing that appealed to my style, and everything was in excellent condition and was priced very reasonably. I also really enjoyed speaking with the owner Julia about her passion for the business and hearing about her ambitions for expansion. This is an excellent shop, operated by an enthusiastic and friendly lady who clearly loves what she does and the customers who make this small business possible! Shop small - Shop local!
