Marshalls - York (PA)

5 /5 Kwadralyn Holland: I have to share my experience at Marshalls at Galleria York. My girlfriend came to shop from Baltimore for her nieces and we showed up at 9pm. I was very clear she needed to hurry but at 9:30p she was still shopping as the wonderful Sonya rang up her cart full to the top of items. As Sonya kept ringing, she was so patient, kind and courteous the whole time as I was agitated. I did retail for years and I find that showing up before closing annoying. Anyway this is a great Marshalls to me but what made it special was Sonya and how wonderful she was & how kind she was to my friend who I wanted to choke Lol.

5 /5 Lars: There are really good prices here and a wide selection of different styles. They sell all sorts of things from clothes to toys and accessories! The staff was helpful and kind as well.

1 /5 Nikki Myers: Two registers open with 26 people in line. When I was 22 second person in line to pay, one of the two employees on register went on break. Another worker can to do a price check but quickly left and didnt stay to help. It should not take an hour plus to get through the checkout line. When there are already only two workers do we seriously have to take a break just because the clock says its 4:00?!? Ridiculous!

3 /5 Todd Apple: TJX Companies pride themselves on clean, organized and creatively displayed stores thatake the shopper feel good and ready to spend.....but this store makes me stressed and claustrophobic. I have never been in when it was the epitome of most TJX stores. It needs better management and a more comprehensive action plan.
