1 /5 amy wilt: Terrible customer service! 2 sales associates that i saw, and no one said a word to me. In fact, 1 was sweeping and I had to step over her broom, she still said nothing, so I just smiled and walked out. I was hoping to find some petite clothing and spend a birthday coupon, but after this experience, I wont be back!

5 /5 Beth Stewart: They must have made some improvements, because Ive had great experiences every time since my first visit two years ago. Nothing close to what the previous reviews indicate. Theres a nice variety of quality merchandise, too. Online order returns are easy here as well, but I recommend starting the process on the website and bringing the printed confirmation. It goes faster that way.

1 /5 Emma Missey: I normally love LOFT; I shop there every season and am always happy with the quality and fit of the clothes. However, the quality of service at this LOFT is truly horrendous and while I am in the Harrisburg area, I will be shopping elsewhere. The sales associates and managers are mean - there is no word more appropriate for them. I have gone in here at least ten times, during the day, on the weekends, holiday season you name it, and every time they are SO RUDE - regardless of how busy they are. They cant be bothered to help me with additional sizes or answering my questions. They never crack a smile. They act like I am imposing on them when I walk into the store. I have years of retail experience under my belt and am very understanding when it comes to associates having a bad day. And a 2nd one. And a 3rd. But after my fourth time of feeling completely uncomfortable in their store, Ive come to realize it is a consistent problem. I hope management reads this and makes an honest effort to change the culture in the store make customers feel welcome.

5 /5 natalie wallace: I shop at this LOFT probably once a month because of how close it is to my home. Im surprised by all of the negative reviews here - but lets be honest, if youre a dude, you shouldnt be leaving a 2-star review on a womens clothing store because "your wife dragged you there." Thats not helpful or accurate. With my frequent visits, Ive never once had a bad experience with the sales staff or the quality of products. The inventory is constantly being updated and everything is always neatly in place. Because of this, I actually shop here for clothing more than any other store in the Harrisburg area and would recommend it to anyone.
