5 /5 Asiya Uwimana: Thank you Gladys and Alex! My friends and I visited the store last Saturday and were very pleased with the service. We walked in late when the store was about to close. Workers were praparing to close but we needed to get some items because we didn’t know the next time we would be back and we live far from the outlets. We were expecting to be in and out, and try to prevent them from closing too late. Gladys was very kind and took her time to take care of our shopping needs. We were pleasantly surprised when she offered to measure us and help us find the perfect fitting bras, after many of us told her that we didn’t really know our size. There were 6 of us and she was very sweet and took her time to measure us after the store closed! She went above and beyond and she deserves to be recognized for making us feel so comfortable and taking care of us when she didn’t have to. Alex was also phenomenal. She was kind and also made us feel welcome, despite the fact that we were past closing time. It’s always refreshing to meet kind people. Kindness goes a long way when we live in a time where countries are at war, people are being massacred and thousands of people are starving to death. Kindness brings me hope and I am grateful to have experienced that with Gladys and Alex. Thank you both so much.

1 /5 Ashley Ware: I have shopped here several times and most of my experiences have been enjoyable. However, after stopping there this weekend I will not return. My husband FINALLY got a weekend off and surprised me by taking me shopping for a new Fall wardrobe. When we walked in we were greeted. After I picked up one item, I was asked if I wanted to start a fitting room. I declined because I only had one thing and wasnt sure I needed one. Within the next 5 minutes I was asked by 3 other associates to open a fitting room. I felt like I was being watched the entire time. There were plenty of other shoppers in the store but the associates seemed to have left them alone and fixated on me like they thought I was trying to steal or something. When I finally decided to go try on the clothes that I picked out, I told my husband that there was a seat outside of the fitting room that he could wait on. The associate that unlocked the door for me was nasty about it and said that he couldnt wait there because another customer was currently trying things on- which is fine and he had no issues with. However, he waited in the store sort of hovering around the fitting room entrance so I could easily find him when I was done. The associate chased him away and told him he needed to move back and made him feel uncomfortable and totally unwelcome. He texted me while I was in the fitting room to let me know that he was made to feel bad enough that he left the store and would be waiting outside for me. I got dressed and left the store immediately. You lost out on a sale by being so rude. Will not return here.

5 /5 Robin Mann: The staff was very helpful and polite. Helped me find what needed and when they didnt have my size they ordered from online and free shipping to our home. The best top notch service.
