Recently, I had an issue with a return and the cashier involved the manager, Lisa K, and between them, they figured it through and made a resolution that satisfied me. The store is always organized with new, current merchandise in all departments. Thank you to the staff for your patience and understanding. ☃️

1 /5 D: Kohl’s has Completely taken away the extension for Kohl’s cash. Once upon a time, you were able to use it up to 10 days after it expired. Then they further reduced that to only one day after the expiration date. Now corporate has found a way to swindle consumers out of their earned rewards completely. I am extremely disappointed in you Kohl’s corporate you have lost all integrity. Just goes to show you are not for the consumer. Money saved in your pockets is worth more the customer appreciation. I even have the app and am signed up for emails. Yet, I never received any reminders. I am sure kohl’s corporation looks forward to all those people who just have way too much going on in their daily lives and forget. So the kohl’s company can keep its profit margins up high . SAD, BUT, HEY, CORPORATE GREED IS ON THE RISE! friendly reminder to my fellow kohl’s consumers. MAKE SURE YOU USE YOUR KOHL’S CASH ASAP OR THEY WILL TAKE IT with a smile.

5 /5 Jacqueline Matos: I love the fresh new look of the store! First of all, the customer service area is right up front, making returns quick and easy. I also enjoy browsing the fun knick-knacks on the way to the register — there’s always something that catches my eye. And having Sephora inside is a great bonus! It definitely adds to the overall shopping experience.

5 /5 Nancy Heller: 2 weeks before Christmas and the store is busy, even on a Tuesday morning. My rating is for the staffing. There were Kohls employees everywhere, and they were so helpful, friendly, and nice! There are sale racks set up in the isles, so when you can, slip through a department isles. I found just what I was looking for because I was able to ask!
