Kohls - Lancaster (PA)

1 /5 Jocelyn U: The store is open until 11pm. It’s currently 7:30pm. They already have the entire men’s activeware section of the store locked up. 3 1/2 hrs early and no one around to help with 2 registers open in the entire store. Not to mention no one is answering the phone. Unbelievable

4 /5 Helen Wagner: For the most part its a good store. I dont find a great selection for larger women in an over 69 age bracket that doesnt want to dress like a 30 year old. I have more success online.

1 /5 Shana Minder: I dont shop at Kohls much. However, I did an Amazon return here twice with a nasty female employee twice. Never again. To begin with, Im gray haired and getting older so sometimes it takes me a minute to get something new correct. Secondly, my cell apparently stops getting a signal like 100 feet before return desk. The woman was impatient with me and I couldnt figure out what was wrong with my phone. I finally said let me walk away and take screen shots of my QR code. Like I said before I walked 100 feet toward the front of the store got a signal. I did a screen shot and went back to the same PITA employee. I was never so glad to get away from an employee who is supposed to be there to help. Dont know if this was just my issue or if others have experienced signal problems, but if I want to go to Kohls, it wont be this store and my Amazon returns will all be done at Whole Foods.
