5 /5 Kelly Hollis: This year I took my staff early for their annual Christmas shopping. It was not as busy as December so the lines were shorter and not the store not as crowded. I love Christmas time at Kohls.

1 /5 OrangeCat: Four workers up front at the registers and only one at the register helping people. This place loves to waste your time. Great customer service.

2 /5 Genevievebnpu. 1 Haley: No size selection for womens clothing mostly size 10 and above and shoe dept is messy again not many sizes this store has definitely went down hill

2 /5 Kristen Smith: Stood in line for a half hour for amazon returns because they got rid of their returns desk in the back of the store. Some other guy mentioned that he had to hold his returns while he shopped and also stood in line ahead of me.. still holding his returns.. and his new buys.

4 /5 Steve Co: Do not use often but it is my hub for Amazon returns. That portion is much better as it is just right inside the door now!
