1 /5 Amy Frazer: Never doing another online transaction with Kohl’s. Purchased a Christmas gift and it came as expected before Christmas. Opened to wrap the gift to find it was sent with NO TAGS and not in the original packaging as expected. This item was obviously returned, then sent to me. I could not give this as a gift -with no tags. Furious I had to return it to the store and re- order the same item again that was not in stock at the store. Not only would it not be here for Christmas but their registers were not working properly (I was told) and they could not apply a merchandise credit to include the Kohl’s cash I had used for the original purchase to make the same exact purchase again-even though I had my online digital receipt showing I used Kohl’s cash to make the purchase ? I literally just wanted the same item at the same price. A re-order to get the item in new condition with tags as I had expected the first time. I had to speak to a Manager who made it work. Now item was ordered again on Dec 22 and to arrive now after Christmas between 27th and January 2, 2026. Since Dec 22 the item has remained in “waiting carrier pick up” and is now Dec 31 it is clear that this is not going to be delivered by January 2 but cannot get any customer assistance until delivery window has passed. NEVER ordering again from Kohl’s online for a gift. Furious….
