5 /5 Deann Minnich: The store manager kody was amazing, he went above and beyond for me. I had placed an order online and it was late arriving to the store he wasnt sure if it would make it in time for Christmas Kody took it upon himself to give me coupons so I was able to get a good deal in Christmas gift for my child just incase the online order didnt arrive on time. Kody was very personable, kind, full of life and made my experience wonderful.

5 /5 Bennett: absolutely goated store for everything emo. my entire closet is from that store, plus all my accessories. highly recommend getting band tees from them and any accessories like chokers rings and/or cuffs. honestly just buy their entire stock.

2 /5 Stuki Nightcrest (Stu): They have lots of nice stuff, but their website for this store specifically was incorrect. I came here for some Glitch merch a year ago and they had nothing. I returned today, and checked the website before hand, and they had nothing in the store despite it being avalible at this store on the website. Super frustrating.

5 /5 Sybilla Bakzaza: This is a phenomenal hottopic! It is very organized and very spacious. Great dressing rooms. The employees Chrissy Kirsten and Angie are awesome! When they ask the question at the end who helped you out today? The answer is all three. They were very helpful in researching other stores for me and placed phone calls to put items on hold. Great selection of Sailor Moon apparel and accessories here. Lots of Dragon Ball Z stuff! This is a very good hot topic.
