4 /5 A.J MIC: Wheelchair accesible , automatic push button doors , no pandemic precautions , no Wi-Fi , some nice sales going on for Easter , friendly helpful staff , Mens and women’s clothes and underwear , located in the main mall whose entrances are all curb cut with automatic door openers .

1 /5 Alysia CJK: Stopped into Hollister for the first time in a while only to witness the manager Sarah (as of today April 28th 2024), demeaning and berating the employees working with her. She seemed to be about 22-25 but acted like the world owes her a living. She was on a high power trip. From yelling across the store at someone while talking down to them in front of customers, and complaining when I said excuse me to get past her in an isle, I had my mind made up that someone was going to be getting a phone call. No one should be treated that way. I have managed many many stores in my life so I get the frustration but this?- not manager material. Last straw was when I was in the fitting room (directly next to the registers) and she told the man with a walking disability at the front register to work faster at putting out go backs. He clearly was getting the store ready to start closing, ringing on registers, and doing go backs. But to tell him to WORK FASTER AT GO BACKS?????? I just about lost it on this entitled girl. After speaking with other employees I find out she is always like this and treats them horribly all the time- one of them was actually thrilled when I told them that I was going to be calling corporate. I wound up confronting her on her deplorable behavior because I could not let her berate someone with an obvious disability let alone the other people working with her. I feel so bad for all of them. I called corporate as soon as I left the store and I seriously hope someone takes corrective action with her before an employee snaps on her.

4 /5 Jessica Perkins: This is definitely the store to go to if you are looking for good name brand clothes at a decent price. They always have a clearance department. I didnt give them 5 stars because the customer service really sucks. No one ever asks if you need help and the employees just stand around talking to each other. It is quite aggravating when you are the only one in the store and no one will help you.

1 /5 C Lynn: Tried to make an online return with my order number and item that didnt have the tags. The manager said no returns without tags, which is ridiculous when I have proof of purchase. She could have just returned it but was on some sort of power trip. You work at a Hollister, relax. I dont shop here much but anytime I have, no one is ever inside the store. Its empty and wont be surprised when it goes out of business soon.
