1 /5 Joan 560: Staff member was having difficulty getting a gift card for me. She was using a mobile device which was not working. I asked if she could use an actual register when second staff member intervened and refused to allow her to do that saying it was exactly the same process. Her tone was sharp, she was rude and condescending. I made a remark about her actions to the employee helping me when she overheard and got her manager, who proceeded to get the gift card but actually defended the inappropriate actions of her employee. My only regret is that I completed the transaction but it will be the last time I set foot in the store at the Viewmont Mall in Dickson City, PA. Customers beware!

3 /5 Adriana: Usually there are nice employees, but whoever was working Tuesday night were just plain bad workers and clearly lacked people and social skills. Took forever to get a fitting room, everyone acts confused as if we didn’t speak English. This one white girl with light brown straight hair and this white boy with blonde hair, I could tell they were talking about me and my friend. I happened to walk away from the fitting room to get a different size and my room door closed, so obviously I went into my friend’s fitting room. This weird boy knocks on the door while I’m changing and says with attitude “1 person per fitting room” and walks away. If you’re that bored and genuinely care that much at least wait for me to get done with a key for another room outside the door. Says it and walks away to be annoying. The manager was very nice and helped with my student discount since the employee girl I mentioned had no idea how to do that either. The boy also took absolutely forever when ringing out or helping with a return for the girls in front of us. If you‘ve been working here for a minute at least be faster, it was painful to wait that long. Good thing that girl opened up another register. I don’t recommend going Tuesday nights.

1 /5 Daisy Maidhungxa: I have bought jackets on Monday a large and a small size. And also needed xs and L size for my sister and brother as a gift. So went back on Wednesday to buy same jackets so I did pick two jackets from the rack where sigh says 40% off. I knew where it was on Monday. It didn’t say any specific items. I was with my newborn baby myself needed help to check out but the cashier and Manager were not paying attention and asked the price to check, she said it was full price and doesn’t apply the discount and a short lady cashier took off the sigh as I told her it is hanging on. Waited for manager to speak but she said she is the manager and can’t honor and match the price I bought on Monday for the discount and she simply ignored me with my crying baby. I am not foolish to ask discount without any sign, I work for retail stores and know the policy. Now I am totally frustrated with this incident and not wanting to shop at Hollister anymore. Your employees are too rude, full of attitude and disrespectful with the customers.

1 /5 Kristy Gervasi: Almost every time I pick up an item there it is filthy or it’ll have like a dinosaur size dust bunny attached to it that it picked up off the floor they would do themselves some justice to pull out their stand and pick up the mess under there you don’t even have to look hard to see the massive amount of dust Bundy underneath all those stands I had it close a few times because I got home and it’s probably because of the deplorable condition they have they will tell you they’re also busy. They don’t have time to clean it and they have a cleaning company but I’ve been in there and have seen them all just stand around , I think they would do good to earn their money By actually working and not just standing around

5 /5 Christopher Thomas: Great deals going on right now at Hollister in Dickson city. I just picked up a hoodie, hat, cologne, and slippers for 56 bucks.
