2 /5 M S: Store/location = great but...unprofessional employees - was in there a few weeks ago to buy something that was 40% off and when I got to the register to pay, it took off a fraction of that. When I asked the associate if this was correct, she told me yes and proceeded to pull out a calculator as further “proof”. She never showed me that it was validated and continued to go through with the purchase.
When I questioned it again, she called over the store manager, who also had a similar attitude. As I was explaining the situation, the associate still went through with the purchase. The manager asked her why she did that and she shrugged. I then had to go through a refund process because of this, had they not already charged me, I would have walked right out. Mind you, there was no one else in the store, so not sure what the rush/issue was. Perhaps you should fix the system/point of sale so that 40% off means exactly that and does not leave the guess work of a calculator to figure it out. Had I not said anything, I would have been overcharged by $10. Wonder if this has happened to anyone else
