1 /5 Nannette de Leon: I went into Free people with my daughter on Mothers Day, hoping for a nice shopping experience but I left feeling really disappointed. We asked for help with sunglasses, and the staff member went to check the back stock right in front of us. As they opened and slammed drawers, the entire dresser was shaking and the sunglasses were still sitting on top. it felt careless and unprofessional. At checkout it was a burden to ring my daughter through. no warmth, no smile just cold. For brand that prides itself on customer experience, today really missed the mark.
