5 /5 BMAN: When I called to reserve a roll-off the lady on the phone was very professional. Answered all my questions and even gave me a little bit more information about their company and their roll-offs. She even went as far as informing me the name of the driver that will be dropping off the roll off. When the driver showed up he was very professional, took into consideration my property and not damaging my property. He was a very good driver. Told me what to expect when he would pick up the roll off. When he picked up the roll off again was very professional. Asked me if I had any more questions. This was a very top-notch company to deal with. Next time I need a roll-off I will be calling them.

2 /5 Diana Kohlmetz: Not sure who they have answering their phones, however she was very rude and acted like me asking about the dumpster was an inconvenience to her. She should maybe work on her customer service. Prices sounded great though. I’m upset I have to find a different company to be honest.
