Express Factory Outlet - Erie (PA)

1 /5 Harman kaur Multani: I had a terrible experience at the Express Outlet in Millcreek Mall. The staff was extremely rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills. They seemed uninterested in assisting customers and made the shopping experience unpleasant. Very disappointed with the service here-definitely wont be returning!

5 /5 Daniel Gennaro: Love express! So glad it became a factory outlet and the prices are great nowadays. I’m in my mid 30s so it’s more my style nowadays. A lot of stuff I’m not crazy over but this store the staff is always super nice and personable. Allison was really cool and helped me out by signing up for their txt promo and gave me $10 off in store when it wasn’t working online. Really appreciative of that and her kindness.

3 /5 Adam Haynes: Express Factory Outlet is a decent place to buy clothes. The prices are definitely cheaper than when this was just the Express. However, Im fairly certain the quality of clothing is also cheaper. We frequently find that clothing rips on the seams after only wearing an item a few times. This never happened when the store was not an outlet store. I will still shop there in the future because I like the style of clothing. However I miss the old store and dont mind paying a little more for Quality clothing.

3 /5 Cal: I started shopping here because they’re one of the few places that have their dressing rooms open during covid. I’m also a weird inbetween size and I always find pants here that fit well. However, I find some of the clothing to be fairly low quality. I recently purchased a pair of black jeans. I read the tag which says “tumble on low and warm iron if needed”. I did just that, except they look like they melted in the dryer. There’s now bumps/creases throughout the jeans that get worse when I try to iron them out. Maybe the tag should say something else, or use better quality material.

4 /5 Steven Krauza: Im not a fan of clothes shopping in general. My experience at Express was positive. I walked out of the store with two pairs of jeans for a reasonable price. I was pleased.
