3 /5 Rays stuff: I have bought many things from this location and prefer it over the much larger outdoor store a half hour down the road for prices. The complaint I have is that there is always issues with their phone service. Trying to call them AGAIN as directed by Ruger to return a defective rifle and their phone system never works, tried to call multiple times from both landline and cell phones and the line always goes "dead".. Tried to call cooperate offices to explain to them but I get a recording to "leave a detailed message" (which we all know how much gets accomplished with that). This is NOT the first time this has happened with this location. Cmon Dunhams, fix the phone issue so customers can contact you. I can guarantee its costing customers and sales. I am ready to give up dealing with this store. If it was not a 45 minute drive Id just go in person.
