Dollar Tree - Lower Burrell (PA)

3 /5 Sai Elizabeth: Edit: Simply not enough cashiers. There is a wait in line EVERY time we shop here. Wouldnt ever say anything about a regular line, but this one stretches into the snack aisle and it often takes 10-20 minutes just to check out. Please hire employees to run cash register. Please note that this is not a complaint about any of your employees, as they are clearly doing the best they can at a reasonable speed. This is an issue of management and short staffing, nothing more. This dollar tree has improved a lot since my last review (Thank goodness because I really like this location). The employees always seem to be hard at work, and the cashiers are always so friendly. Everybody in the store does a great job rotating selection, keeping things organized, and keeping things clean.

3 /5 Erica B: Great selections but 1 person at registers with a line down the aisle. 3 employees were at the back of the store chatting loudly by the frozen food. Was in there a few weeks ago and an employee was telling a customer very loudly how she hates her manager and how he doesnt do his job, or knows how to do it, everyone hates him and this other manager from another store is great bla bla bla. Customers do not need to hear that. Just ring up our stuff so we can go.

5 /5 Arlene Renna: This Dollar Tree store is the absolute best that Ive been to. It always has totally stocked shelves with so many different items. The people working there are very nice and so helpful. I dont live close to this store, but its worth the trip there. Thank you, ladies, for all your help today in finding the item I was searching for.

2 /5 TheRedRose1001: Its not too bad of a store. Its the largest dollar tree in the area and theres a lot more items to offer. My main grip is that there is a lot of elderly working and I feel so bad for them. The lines are long, not enough staff or organization. Not exactly clean and for some reason, they are pretty lax on the AC. So the store itself is incredibly humid and I sweat in a matter of minutes. The managers arent exactly people friendly either and seemingly hate their jobs. Ive heard them yell and holler, which startled me. I used to like coming here often, almost every weekend but that was months ago and now its as if I need something quick and fast.

5 /5 Bonnie Matthews: This store is always so clean and no boxes laying in the aisles like most stores! Always so fully stucked! Will drive a little more to go to this one.
