5 /5 Coleman Hubert: I went out to visit some friends in Reading for the New Year and I stopped by Delune to get a surprise gift for my Fiance. The service was fantastic, considering I know nothing about fashion and clothing, I was helped immediately by the amazing customer service that was provided. This is one of the first times I am writing a clothing store review because my Fiance loved the new set of clothes I surprised her with so I wanted to shout out this amazing staff and let them know the outfits they picked out were 10/10s. Thank you again!

1 /5 Veronica Bristol: I purchased a $230 faux fur coat from this establishment. I wore the coat for about 1 hr when I went to dinner the same night. The next morning, I look at the coat hanging in my closet and notice a tear along the seam down the middle inner lining of the coat. I had not removed the tag, so I returned to the store hoping to get a replacement or my money back. At the store they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do because I wore the coat at ALL. I would’ve truly loved any sort of resolution, a refund, a partial refund, or a replacement coat. I find it shocking that the coat turned out to be of such low quality, that after almost no use it cause stitching to come out and a tear to form. Do not shop here unless you want low quality, cheap clothing at extremely high prices, and a horrible return policy.

5 /5 Samantha Miller: I just absolutely adored my visit today at Delune! The clothing & jewelry here are stunning and create such a beautifully unique style. I was fortunate enough to have the help of the shop owner as I talked through some pieces I adored but wasnt able to try on at the time of my visit and her instinct on sizing and comfort was on point. I look forward to many visits back

Kathryn, the owner, is one of the sweetest and most generous people I’ve been fortunate enough to meet. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about her customers, her staff, and supporting other small businesses, and she has created the loveliest, most welcoming atmosphere in her beautiful store. Every time I shop at DeLune, I feel like I’ve come home.
