5 /5 Scott Evans: The Staff is Excellent, Professional, Caring, Helpful and very Stylish when assisting you find the exact coordinating complete outfit. If it isnt in the store they go out of there way to find or order it for you. The are just Wonderful !!!

1 /5 Lisa Hunter: Went into this store yesterday (12/22/25) and there was an employee folding/straightening clothes on a table. I looked at her and she at me. The look she gave me was ugly. She turned up her nose (scowl on her face). She said hello and kept doing what she was doing. I turned around and walked right back out of the store. I did not want nor deserve to be treated like this. It was so unwelcoming. Her engagement with me communicated this; “What are YOU doing shopping in this store?” I have shopped there before and although it hasn’t been as friendly as I’d like, it was never like this. I will never return and might not ever shop at a Chico’s again.

1 /5 Sherri Filby: On 5/19/2023 I was in Boston and bought 2 tops, I washed them when I came home and I seen that both of these tops have tiny holes in them. I paid a total of $58.00 for both of the tops. A lot of money for tops that I cant wear!!! This was the first time I have ever shopped at Chicos and Im not impressed.

1 /5 Maria Delgado: Another store that makes you feel invisible, after they said "hi" when you enter they ignore you completely. Anyway, almost everything was $89 dollars and not really my taste. Not a good experience!
