5 /5 Sierra TH: I recently visited this outlet with my two young kids, and I had a fantastic experience! Shopping for clothes is usually a challenging experience for me, but Julie, the associate who helped us, was exceptionally nice and incredibly knowledgeable about the merchandise. Her professionalism and understanding made the trip much easier, and even my kids loved her! Additionally, the lady who rang us up was also very friendly and warm. And, I scored an awesome deal on my purchase! I will definitely be returning soon for more shopping! Highly recommend this outlet for anyone looking for quality attire & top-notch service!

1 /5 Shelly: Spent an hour picking out dôme cute clothes however caucasion customers kept intentionally walking into me in the store.. Im african american this whole area seems so racist filled with overt stalkers...its terrible and I wasnt surprised and Ive had to report old navy gap in my area for poor service years ago as well

During my recent visit, a cashier greeted me near the doorway, and later another employee asked if I needed assistance. I purchased one shirt, and the cashier promptly rang it up and thanked me.

4 /5 Alexander Lamb: Good store. But Ive been in better Banana Republics. I may be spoiled to live in East Orlando and shop at my Banana Republic that seems to offer more variety and run actual sales frequently. The one I shop at in Orlando is not a factory outlet and seems to have better pricing than this factory location. I assume regional pricing differences...?
