1 /5 Jamie Lynn: I have never had an experience like this so I’m not sure where to start. Last week I came in to check out what was new. I don’t always purchase something. I try to stick to if I don’t absolutely love it I don’t need it. Anyway I get there close to closing I’m just looking around and I notice this woman right on top of me. Every time I turn around she is like leaning on the racks, with her phone recording me as if I couldn’t see her. After I was done looking around she was sure to make it to the front and stepped out of her store to flag down a security guard or a police officer. I was one store down, I stayed put for a good bit because I have nothing to hide. Tonight 07/26/2025 - I went into the store I’m looking at the new displays, immediately take my phone out to take photos of the shirts I want to show my daughter. Woman walks up to me “hey how ya doing” I smile and reply “I’m good , how are you?” No response. I realize she was being passive aggressive. So I decide to keep recording for my safety because every time I turn around this woman lol is right there. I also realized she was recording me again this time as well . 1 /5 Swiss Chard: The employee was horrendously rude. She kept cutting me off whenever I tried to speak and treated me incredibly condescendingly. I was returning a pair of shoes that were unworn and was informed that since I didn’t have a debit card, they could only give me store credit. I had the original method of payment which was a credit card. That is not on their return policy at all, and I don’t understand why they only gave me store credit. There is not an iota of customer service to be seen in that store.

1 /5 A: One of my favorite shops Until today, when I brought the shoes I wanted to return them but they refused me because of the slightly dark soles of the boutiques. Although I wore them once and that was in their shopping center! Not on the street! I had the receipt in hand and the boots were bought two days ago. This store violates the buyers provider! Disgusting attitude towards customers!
