1 /5 Eric Porter: I tried to go through the drive-thru this afternoon and had the worst experience. When we arrived, there were 2 cars ahead of us. One of them drove off after a couple minutes so that should have been the first clue that something was up. I got to the speaker and ordered, then pulled to the window. The car ahead of us sat at the window for a good 15 minutes before they drove off. I sat for another 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me.
In all this time, at least 5 other cars drove up and left before getting to the window. I have been to this location before, and had never had such horrible service.
