When we arrived New Years Eve, we were seated and a server took our order for drinks and appetizers. After we received our drinks, we didnt see our server for an extended period of time and we didnt receive our appetizers in well over an hour after our order was placed. When the server returned, we also placed our dinner orders but still hadnt received our appetizers. Our appetizers were finally brought out about 1 1/2 hours after we placed the order. We understood it was New Years Eve but no explanation was given as to why it was taking so long to receive orders. When all was said and done, we finally received our food almost three hours after our arrival.
When we received our dinners, those that ordered steaks were undercooked and those that ordered fish or poultry were overcooked, dry and hard. Even the baked potatoes were not properly prepared.
The atmosphere was nice but dinner was a disappointment.
