1 /5 Ashley Brown: So I ordered the 6oz Sirloin combo and my boyfriend also ordered food. His came out perfect. My food on the other hand was terrible. There was A RECEIPT PAPER of what I ordered ON my steak with the mushrooms put ON TOP of the paper! And when I asked to get it remade I was very understanding and nice. My waiter took the food back and the MANAGER came over and brought back the cold shrimp from the other plate that the waiter took along with the mashed potatoes that were at this point piss warm. I waited another 20 minutes for them to remake my steak for the MANAGER to bring it to me with no mushrooms and the steak was charred and not good at all. I’m not one to complain but this is ridiculous. THE MANAGER DIDNT TAKE ANYTHING OFF OF MY BILL. WE STILL PAID THE $65.00 BILL and tipped. no free drinks, no anything. DO BETTER. Please. As someone who deals with the public all the time, you had an easy time with me and YOU still DID NOT make things right. It’s ridiculous,

4 /5 Dane: I recently visited Texas Roadhouse and had an overall enjoyable experience. The food was decent, somewhere between a 3 and 4 stars in terms of flavor and quality. It’s classic roadhouse fare, and while nothing blew me away, it was solid and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere and the service. The vibe is definitely upbeat, a lively restaurant/bar feel that seems to buzz with energy. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and our server, Brooke, was especially fantastic. She was attentive, kind, and made us feel well taken care of the entire time. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because of the exceptional service and the genuinely positive attitudes from the staff. That level of hospitality made a big difference in the overall experience. One small downside: the music was a bit loud, which made conversation a little tough at times. That said, I get that it contributes to the lively and fun vibe they’re going for, so it’s a trade-off. All in all, a good spot for a casual night out, especially if you’re in the mood for good service and a fun, friendly atmosphere.

1 /5 Corey zavada: ordered a 8oz sirlon mediam well (slight pink) but came out medium. had the mangaer take it back to recook, took another 20 min and i can see why, it came out charbroiled. some in the kitchen needs cooking lessons

5 /5 lee: Mandy is the best server I’ve had! She gives such a warm welcome and is so kind and very attentive to tables. So excited to come back!! Food was great and we didn’t wait a long time either!

2 /5 Craig Marolf: Texas Roadhouse is our favorite restaurant! First time visiting this one. The waitress checked on us frequently and did a great job. The N.Y. strip came out overcooked, so we asked for a new one. The next was undercooked and looked like a terrible cut of meat. They cooked it a little more and it arrived as we ordered (medium), but there was significant gristle throughout. We asked for extra butter and brown sugar with pur sweet potato. Any Texas Roadhouse weve eaten at puts it on the side. This one did not, so we had to scoop it off. The potato was huge, which was great. When we described what happened to the meal, the manager compd the meal, which was appreciated. Will we eat at Texas Roadhouse again? Certainly! But well be going to other locations. The waitress and manager both receive 5 stars on this review. Note: the picture of the steak is the second one cooked just right.
