1 /5 Meagan Bare: Save your money and go elsewhere! We just went glowing bowling tonight on lanes 19 and 20. We paid for an hour of bowling. During the hour, our gameplay froze 6 times for just lane 20 alone. The group I was with had similar issues with 19. Resetting at the pad did not work, so we had to go to the desk for assistance and then wait for an employee to help us. Several times, the computer system did not register pins, making the scores incorrect. At an alley with properly functioning equipment, we would have bowled a game and a half. Here, we didn’t even make through the 7th frame! Given the amount of issues we had, a partial refund should have been offered. However, we didn’t even get an apology for our terrible experience. They may be the only game in town, but if you want to enjoy yourself and actually bowl, do yourself a favor and travel a bit. I certainly will not be back.
