4 /5 Ryan Scheib: First time my wife and I were here and almost everything on the menu sounded delicious since we love smoked meat. Got The Bone Fire so we can sample a number of the different meats. Most of it was good except the ribs. We got 5-6 small ribs with barely any meat on them. Practically nibbling the thin layers of meat off with our teeth. It would’ve been better to have two bigger ribs with more meat on them than the number of small ribs with very little meat. Otherwise service and wait time was very good. Floors were sticky walking across them.
