5 /5 Andrew Shissler: First time. -been hearing about red-top pie for years. It did NOT disappoint!
Large Pizza in the box mustve weighed 8 pounds! Every slice was like 2 slices of anybody elses pizza.
GREAT fresh cheese... The crust was beautifully crisp on the edge. The sauce had just the right amount of acidity and spice to it.
The owner Marty was friendly and kind. Brought the pizza to the table himself. A fun dude to talk to.
Followed his recommendation of heating the leftover pizza (which there was a TON of, because its SO FILLING!) in the air-fryer (350° - 8 min) was just as good. -heck, even a cold slice was great too.
The fryer and grill were jamming and it all smelled great. Looks like Ill be back to try something else next time. So the food looked and smelled great.
Clean restaurant, but minimal seating... Your typical neighborhood pizza shop vibe in all the right ways.
10 out of 10 will go again!
