Lost Acres Camping Resort/Eatery - Lock Haven (PA)

5 /5 Brett Sonderby: We just happen to be traveling through the area on Adventure Motorcycles, on the PA BDR route. I reached out to John for a simple rustic camping spot to pitch a tent for the night and have access to a shower. We are impressed with the hospitality, and the friendly staff. John went over and above to make us comfortable, and the restaurant was exceptional, with authentic home style meals. We even ate breakfast at the restaurant, which is not our normal routine, just because it was so good for dinner the night before. I wholeheartedly recommend this camping resort, and will make my fellow BDR riders aware. Thank you to John and family.

5 /5 Brandie B: I’ve been to the restaurant several times and order something different each time. Every meal has been delicious. They have good portion sizes and reasonable prices. The restaurant and store are very clean. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Shelley Brenneman: We ended up here unexpectedly. We were supposed to camp in the state park, but my car wouldnt make it down the unpaved roads. We stopped at an inn/restaurant to try to get a room, they were full. The person at the inn called this campground and the made a tent site for us on 10 minutes notice. I will go back as often as possible!! The sky is magnificent there. We went to view the Persieds, and saw SO much more. I saw the milky way irl for the first time. Lost acres should be on every campers bucket list. 10/10

5 /5 Martin Thomas: This score was once a one! The Bardos are making great improvements to this place. The pool was reopened, after previous owners closed it down for several years. It is filled and clean. Kids, of every age, have fun in it. The store has been reopened. They make great subs and have ice cream and an arcade for the kids. And, the store keeps growing with more and more goods all the time. Say hi to Tracy when visiting the store.

5 /5 Kristin: My review is based on their small restaurant since I havent camped there. This place is not to be missed, and the food was SO delicious!! I wish I knew about it sooner, having lived in the area for over 4 years. I had the stuffed pepper special, and my cousin had the chicken parm sandwich. The prices are very reasonable. The service was great. I will definitely be back!
