Kugo Japanese Restaurant - Lebanon (PA)

2 /5 Josh Barr: Let me first say we used to love this place it never bounced back after COVID. Also having sushi in Myrtle Beach this feels like Giant grocery store sushi. Are table was set but had food on it when we came in today. $150 plus tip for 5 I need a clean table and fresher food.

1 /5 Ted Gilmartin: We ordered our food and after an hour and fifteen minutes it had still not arrived. We asked how much longer it would be and they could not give us an answer. We told the polite waitress that we just wanted to cancel our order. She was embarrassed on the way the nasty lady (I’m assuming the owner) was treating us. After paying $20 for three side salads we left. No apologies were offered only nasty looks from that same nasty lady working the register. I will never visit this place again.

1 /5 Atlas: Walked into this place with my brother, and was going to be sat at a table that was right on top of another family. I requested to sit at another table right behind, which was a large table. The old female that claims she is a manager, after agreeing to seat us there, and after we received our drinks told us to move to another table since a large party walked in?! When originally she agreed to seat us at this table. When we told her we will just leave then, she smiled and said okay! My family and I will NEVER eat at this place again, and I have been coming here for years! The old lady that runs the place looks like she does not like her job at all! Avoid this place if you truly care about being treated with respect, and not thrown out so you can make more money off a larger party! Disgusting!

1 /5 Savannah: The chef was wonderful, the food was great. But the service was absolutely terrible. The waitress was new, mistakes happen, but she got EVERYTHING wrong; drinks, soups and salads, veggies and meats. The chef had to call the manager over to ask her to take the trays of meats and veggies to the back to get the correct things and she said "Im busy do it yourself" so he had to leave the food he already had cooking and run to the back to switch everything. He came back and got right back to it, and we assured him it was fine no rush; not realizing they only had one chef going and two tables waiting for probably over an hour. A wait time definitely shouldve been given at the door. The manager was walking around helping the waitress because everything was getting so backed up, and she was also just extremely rude; eye rolls, no response and would just keep walking when we tried to call her over. I hope that chef gets the recognition he deserves. He was hilarious and great entertainment despite the pressure he was under.

5 /5 Diana Jaramillo: We come here every week and absolutely love it! The dumplings are always fresh and flavorful, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive. It’s easily one of our favorite spots — a true gem that never disappoints!
