5 /5 Elizabeth Eikey: It is so rare to have true customer service and be treated like a person. I had an order issue, and Lloyd was so kind and so prompt to take care of it. Ice House is one of the few places where a corporation doesnt treat you like a number to just get money from. Thank you. I am a loyal customer through and through. P.S. We love your chicken cheesesteak, salads, and steak fries!

5 /5 Nicole Erickson: Visited the Ice House for a small birthday celebration. The food was incredible, meal sizes so large we all took home leftovers to enjoy AGAIN. The menu has a selection to appease the most picky eaters and kiddos. And, our waitress was so friendly and understanding with our silverware mishap!

4 /5 Christine Raihl: I am a faithful customer to ice house however I ordered a buffalo wing pizza, and there is no buffalo wing sauce, just blue cheese dressing which doesn’t come on the buffalo wing pizza according to the website. Chicken, mild sauce, and cheese, doesn’t mention blue cheese. I’m wondering if someone confused it for the Buffalo chicken pizza which does include the blue cheese, however I’m not a fan and was looking forward to the mild sauce especially considering it was a $24 pizza. It is a beautiful pizza though!

5 /5 Eileen: I met friends for lunch. They said that their cheesesteaks were delicious. I had grilled chicken Caesar salad. Not only was it delicious it was large enough to have half left over for dinner. Would recommend.

The driver dropped my food off and said he came this long way and didnt get a tip mind you I work at the premium outlet and I order from them all the time. Never have I ever have a driver just disrespect me like that I always did. He didnt even give me a chance so I dont a receipt if I was gonna give him a tip or not, but the fact that he was being disrespectful in my store, I told him to have a good day. I called back to talk to the manager. She said she was going to talk to him. She said Im not going to fire my driver. I never asked for that to happen The fact that these drivers think that theyre entitled to get a tip every time they deliver to you its like wow I never have a problem with tipping anyone I tip all the time And for the driver to be disrespectful and for the manager to not do anything about it, its crazy. She told me I dont have to order it from there anymore. What kind of manager are you to tell a customer that love your food to not order I paid for my food. Yall have to get better because this is not good. I have a whole store up here and I do not treat my customers like this. I just feel like if your driver did not speak to me in a disrespectful way he wouldve got tip
