1 /5 Janice Shehand: I Havent been to Drew Menas for quite some time, but decided to go todayon Jan 9 2026 . I ordered the Veal Cordon Bleu. The waitress was pleasant & polite but never came back to check on our food to make sure everything was ok. The Veal Cordon Bleu was hard to chew like as if it was similar to shoe leather, honestly & I only took one (1) bite of it & I ate the two sides instead while looking and waiting for the waitress to return. So when the waitress returned, she acknowledged that it didnt look good either when I told her my dinner of the Veal Cordon Bleu itself was bad but the sides were fine. Upon returning after bringing me a menu to order a new entree she informed me that she was told that I had to *Pay for 50% of the Veal Cordon Bleu* even when ordering a new Enree! I have never experienced such an attitude from a mgmt/owner in my lifetime! This was NO WAY to treat a customer! I knew I wouldnt & shouldnt get 2 more side dishes with my new order of an Entree replacement but to have to pay an additional 50% for the first entree of the Veal Cordon Bleu as well as for my 2nd entree choice was unprofessional and wrong!. I ended up then getting the Chicken Cordon Bleu which was always good in the past as it was today. The *owner* didnt like me stating that Ive lived here in this town for a long time now and to receive a horrible attitude of telling me Id have to pay 50,% for the badly made Entree along with another Entree, it would make me share my experience with others that I know in this township if I was going to be treated this poorly. The other Entree that was ordered by who was with me was fine thiugh for the Fish Sandwich but not the Mac n Cheese. We will never return back to that restaurant!
