3 /5 Ananya Gupta: Vegetarian review: Its like the Ciao! used up all their creativity points for the names and left the veggie productions as a complete afterthought. They are also VERY SLOW to prepare and serve you the order.
We have two sandwiches, a soup and their Greek fries. It took them ~25 minutes to get the first item out - in batches over ~10 minutes. By the time the fries came out, we were done with nearly 40% of our sandwiches and there we 4-5 workers looking furiously busy the whole time.
My buddy got their pastrami and I their veggie w/thousand island and spicy mustard. Both were kinda boring in taste and at some point, we felt we were eating just to finish up. Yes, their sandwiches are big for the price but get boring in flavor after a point and we lost all inital excitement.
The broccoli cheddar was decent and a bit on the less viscous side but I like mine that way.
The biggest bomb were the Greek fries - they just threw a bunch of ingredients that qualified it as Greek but didnt work together. Fries (seasoned w/cayenne) + crumbled feta on top of the fries + a garlic dipping sauce. Good luck figuring out how to eat the feta cheese with the fries.
This is not a repeat place.
Bonus: The toilet is very nice and clean and so are the eating tables. However, I dont know why they have counter seating because all you see while eating are the backs of the workers.
