Sarah Conkle Really great parking for trucks. Do not park near the houses fence line. They dont appreciate it and can hear you. Nice little gym. Great showers. Patrons have some difficulties with their bowels, though. Heard around 6 flushes when I was taking a shower. Great plumbing though! Hot water regardless of the flushes! Great water pressure. Great little gym. Nice Pennsylvania Mountains throughout. I-99 is absolutely gorgeous coming down from New York.

Jessi Guisewhite I’ve been a client of one of the owners for years, but fell off the wagon in 2021. I was encouraged to come take a peek at the new place and did in May this year. I immediately joined. The gym is clean, has an abundant amount of space, beautiful equipment, kind staff and so much more to offer. The class offerings, open gyms, member events, etc. are impeccable and unlike others around. Paul Rooney 10 years ago I started training with Steve Kurtz. I had never join a gym prior. My grandsons were 12 and 10 and they also trained with me. Now my granddaughter trains with me twice a week. Steve Kurtz has changed my life and I have never been healthier or have felt better. Steve has tailored individual training for me, monitors my progress and continues to challenge me to be better. I continue to highly recommend TLC and Steve Kurtz. Hes the best.

Not only do I appreciate all the benefits and services provided as a member, the YMCA allows volunteers like me to have the space to make a difference in the lives of teenagers in our community. Over the last year I was able to be part of a team of volunteers that brought a youth mentor program to life through the YMCA right here in our city. The YMCA is the perfect location for kids to play basketball, receive tutoring, talk to adults about their lives, enjoy a snack and learn from a variety of professionals from our community - all in a safe environment.

Erin M. Cole I could tell Alyssa has a lot of experience not only with massage but just body movement in general. She could tell immediately where I was the most tense and sore and really helped relive the pain, stress, and pressure in my neck and shoulders.
