Full Body Health and Fitness is a gem! The staff is uber friendly and the layout is spacious, with a “no-excuses” plethora of cardio and strength training equipment that’s nicely organized and well maintained. There is something for everyone here!
The lighting (often overlooked in many gyms) is just right, so you don’t feel like you’re in a basement gym. This is a big city quality gym at a fraction of the price with a friendly, local vibe. Score!
