J MJR: I have no idea if this is a legit firm. Poor value, there is no performance return, all they do is act like a savings bank account but deduct amount in the form of various fee. The investment options they provide is poor. It seems more like they get our money and do their own investment and the customer gets no return. Plus their customer service runs like a family business - poorly trained unprofessional agents working from home and has no interest in providing you any information. They make you feel guilty for calling them and enquiring about your retirement investment. The pre-tax saving is not worth putting up with this seemingly con firm.

Stephanie Lynn: Beth Genter is the best financial advisor we’ve ever had. We tried Ameriprise and Morgan Stanley first she’s so much better than the advisors we had before. Her customer service and responsiveness is fantastic. She’s blunt with us about our investments and where we’re ahead (401k) or behind (529s), and I actually understand what she’s saying to me. The other guys could not adequately explain things and weren’t really committed to advising us on things like our 401(k)s that weren’t managed by them. Beth brings a comprehensive, look-at-your-entire-portfolio approach to advising. I highly recommend her!

Jill Mellring: Make sure you agree to the pricing. I paid an extra $890. Stain protection I was not asked if I wanted it. I asked why he put it down and he said this is just a quote. Low and behold they applied it before signing the paperwork. It came with one key,(they did get me another) quite dirty, no owner’s manual. Unfortunately I took it through the car wash and my brake light filled with water. Mind you this is a newer car at $30,000 you’d think it’d be clean and working properly. I took it in and they told me it’s not under warranty but it’s $547. And if I paid $200 they’d cover the rest. I was given the excuse they don’t have a power washer so they didn’t know it leaked.I took leap of faith and went outside of my normal dealership. Where I know it’d of been clean and fixed with no questions asked. Sad to say this company is just out for your money.

Chris Carter: This bank likes to come across a friendly, hometown bank with great customer service. But theyre just greedy and looking to make a buck off us. They love slapping you with hidden fees all in the name of lining their own pockets. Youd be better taking your money elsewhere.
