OneMain Financial - Beaver Falls C. H.: Applied for a loan and received multiple texts and emails about scheduling a "required" phone call.
Over several weeks, I used the scheduling link provided to set up an appointment 5 different times. 2/5 times they called well after the appointment window when I was no longer able to take a call. The other 3 times, they failed to call at all.
I also called several times to speak with the loan officer assigned to my application and was told each time that she was either unavailable, with another customer or not in that day.
My initial text message stated I was "APPROVED" for the loan. But unfortunately, I never got beyond that text message since the business chose not to reach out during scheduled times or be available to actually finalize the loan. What a terrible experience that ends up being nothing more than a hard check hit to my credit report.
