Truist - Sunbury (PA)

1 /5 Barbara brandau: Worse bank ever! Closed Milton branch so had to drive to Sunbury for everything. Never returned calls and fees are outrageous. Bank never open when we went even though hours said they were. Do not recommend at all!

5 /5 Jack DeBardeleben: BB&T Market Leader Alicia Blount successfully opened an estate account for my mother when others had been unable to. Her subject matter expertise and customer service skills were outstanding. Im a long-term BB&T/TRUIST customer because of her.

1 /5 Mariah Lynn: My fiance had banked here for a few years Ive been with them for almost 2 years. We havent had to many problems until recently. It has been nothing but holds on small checks, issues with the atms. The bank seems to be clueless about it or why its happening and have offered no assistance in the matter besides telling me what I already know, that the checks are held. The selinsgrove location has a little bit better customer service than sunbury. Sunbury is so rude. Would not reccomend if you want reliable banking.

4 /5 Insert Name Here: Even though I wish they were opened on Saturday or the hours during the week were extended the ladies at this facility were very helpful and I appreciated them taking the time for excellent customer service. Thank you

1 /5 Bennick Shawn: DONT GO HERE! I used my credit card from this bank to reserve a hotel room. I paid cash upon arriving at the hotel. The hotel charged my credit card anyway. Showed my receipt to this bank and opened a dispute. Unbelievably, the bank sided with the hotel! Needless to say I will be banking somewhere else. I was only ever a client here due to the fact that it was purchased from BB&T and I was automatically transferred in.
