The coach was super encouraging, and one of the other attendees even stopped me in the parking lot after to tell me I did great. I loved that everything was written out for you to follow along. It wasn’t about completing everything in time, it was making sure I was doing quality work and not giving up on myself. I wish I lived closer to go more often, but I will absolutely be back!

Tiffany Rogan: As someone who has tried multiple gyms in the area and various fitness classes, I finally found a trainer & gym that is the perfect fit. Joya has created such a welcoming environment. Every personal training session is tailored to each individual person and if you need modifications, Joya is always there to help modify your workout. I had significant back pain in early 2023 and ended up having to go to physical therapy because I could barely walk half of a mile without being in pain and then couldnt bend to get back into my car. When I heard Joya was opening her gym, I knew I wanted to join but I was worried I wouldnt be able to do any of the workouts. Joya takes the time and does an assessment before having anyone commit to the gym membership. During my assessment, we discussed my back issues and she tailored my workouts to best benefit me and my issues. Ive been an active member since the gym opened in August and I can honestly say, my back has never felt better. The core workouts I do, helped my back issues immensely. Like Joya likes to say "muscle is medicine." I feel the best that I ever have mentally and physically and I am stronger than I ever have been. Id also like to mention a major plus is that Joya and the other members arent focusing on a number on a scale. We arent saying we want to lose 10 pounds or congratulating each other for looking thinner. We are reaching non scale achievements, like I can finally carry my 80 pound dog and I can do 15 + push-ups when I never could even do one before. Everyone is constantly rooting for each other and they are so supportive and its so nice to see women supporting women. I highly recommend checking out E-motion Fitness. You wont regret it!
