Jenny: Great gym... the staff is personable but also very professional. Everything looks clean, organized and the equipment is well maintained. I had a coaching session with Tristan who was wonderful to work with. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but took the time to listen and understand my physical limitations and needs. Ive been very satisfied with the quality of service they offer and would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels.

From High intensity to low impact it is a wonderful workout with strength portion and core exercises. I highly recommend jazzercise to anyone. It is customizable to any age and abilities. From beginners to longtime exercise enthusiasts can enjoy a great workout.

Elaine S: There is something for the ENTIRE family at this amazing gym! Family of nine here and at one point my husband was in Beast class, I was in bootcamp, and six of our seven kids were either in a gymnastics class, ninja class, or on ninja team. Many times these classes were at the same time, too, so mom could workout while kids worked out. It was truly the best I’ve felt in twelve years of motherhood. We will ALWAYS go here! Thanks Sinai!!

Brooke Brown: Consistency Over Perfection is by far my most favorite place Ive had a chance to workout at. Denise is amazing and she is dedicated to helping women get healthy by educating us on exercising and nutrition. Plus she gives us a safe place to get to be real and we have the best conversations that help with mental health as well. I love the space Denise has created to help women feel confident when those big gyms can be intimidating. The other women in the class are so encouraging and we help push each other. Its limited space, so if youre lucky enough to get a spot, take it! I have been going here for almost a year and a half and I still look forward to going 3 times a week. Thanks Denise for creating Consistency Over Perfection ❤️
