Truist - Easton Keith Herber: If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, this Truist branch is for you. I walked in to simply cash a large check..something that should have taken 5 minutes and was instead met with eye-rolls, attitude, and delays.
Adam Reed, a teller who clearly prioritizes sipping his coffee over doing his job, made me wait in line twice for a basic transaction, only to act like I was the problem for āinterruptingā his apparent break behind the counter. He was condescending, dismissive, and flat-out rude.
The entire visit took over 30 minutes just to handle something routine. No accountability. No urgency. No professionalism. This place is a joke, and Adam Reed is the punchline.
Avoid this branch at all costs. Youre better off burying your money in the backyard. Oh and if youre going to cash a truist check from their truist bank, have fun!!
