    Lynn Goldfarb: I found the practices of this operation to be deceptive and dishonest. They represented themselves as a division of Fulton Bank (their office was located next to the Royer Dr, branch of Fulton Bank). In fact, they were Raymond James. They told me they would purchase treasury bills for me for free. I opened an account, believing they were Fulton Bank, but when I later contacted them to buy T-bills for me as agreed (and learned they were really Raymond James) they refused to buy the T-bills for me. They wanted to sell me something else they could get cut of. They said had a "fiduciary responsibility" to only make transactions/investments that were in "my best interest" That is to say, in their best interest. Bait and switch at its worst!

    Anthony Rivera: I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the lack of professionalism. Especially Roryann Reinbold didn’t seem to care about mimicking Martin Luther kings day with her colleagues. I thought she was a decent person over the phone, but didn’t seem like that in person. Spoke to me with a nasty sarcastic demeanor. I asked a simple question and she spoke to me like was incompetent.     David Caro: I have been practicing law for 27 years but hadnt had the privilege of working with Ronald before a recent transaction. I honestly have not seen any business broker work so hard to shepherd a transaction through as Ronald. Ronald devoted his full time and attention to the transaction and no details were left unattended. Ronalds experience was evident as he understood all of the legal issues that were presented and in turn conducted negotiations on point, in the best interests the client; yet his decorum and conduct were that of true business professional. If anyone out there is looking for an excellent business broker, I would strongly give Ronald your consideration.

    RC Goularte: I took out a loan 2 years ago, when the 1st payment was due, I went to THEIR website to pay. I was redirected to another site & made the payment. Then I got a call from Mariner stating I was late. I explained I made a payment and was informed they dont use that company. I had to make another payment. WHAT? I am on SS so I get paid typically the 1st Wed. of the month which I explained to them. Every month Im not paid on the 27th, I get a call telling me Im late. 2 years into my contract, Im STILL getting calls when Ive NEVER been late. 2 months ago, Mariner corp. calls telling me Im late. They had ALL my info. and said theyd change my due date. WHAT ? The manager calls me the next month and explains Im late. WHAT? I call this office and asked for the manager. Not available, and Julie tries to take care of me. I asked for the manager to call me. Unavailable . After explaining what the manager all ready knew, she threatened to sue me and hung up. I called back and asked for the manager AGAIN. I got his assistant . Unavailable. I asked multiple times because Ive dealt with him for months & he knows my situation. DENIED. In the end, she insisted on helping me. She could not and asked " are you sure you dont want to talk to me because Im a woman and hes a man ? ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? Shes in MANAGEMENT and just said that ???? How dare her pull the gender card !!! Again, the MANAGER has dealt with me, THATS WHY I WANTED HIM not because Im prejudice ! One would think after 2 years of ON TIME payments theyd stop calling. They offered to LOAN ME MORE $ so they could change the due date. REALLY NOT IN THIS LIFETIME ! STAY AWAY and keep your sanity.
