1 /5 Miranda Jackson: very unprofessional. tried going through a loan process that wasted everyones time and took my credit down 100 points when they had all the info they needed. during this process spoke with 3 different people who each tome got me and my co signer confused, ended up repeating the same information multiple times to each person, i will never recommend them for loans nor am i happy to be involved with them.

1 /5 Dakota Witman: Customer service was terrible. Cameron is rude, his information is incorrect. Had a problem that instead of fixing or helping whatsoever he told me false information and proceeded to harass me about my payment history when asked to turn auto pay off. Will not be recommending this loan company to anyone... as this was my third bad interaction with the same customer service representative. Over the same issue in less than a week

5 /5 Robbins Built: Cameron did a great job! Got my loan done same day and deposited in my bank account. Also helped me with payments moving them to biweekly instead of monthly! Thank you!

5 /5 Teaira Wansley: Jim was awesome to work with. Application process was quick and he explained all of my options. We had a little hiccup with my bank info but he resolved it in no time. Communication was excellent. I do recommend Jim, and I will be returning again in the future.
